WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT OPTIONS

• We accept both payment on delivery and online payment methods.
• NOTE: Gift box  orders and orders above #50,000 will require online payment.

 

ORDER CONFIRMATION

• After you place an order with crispshop.com.ng, you’ll receive an email from us stating your order details.
• Thereafter, we’ll contact you shortly via phone for final confirmation and delivery update..
• You can also check the status of your order by visiting the track order page.

 

DELIVERY TIMELINE – WITHIN LAGOS

• Express Delivery (Lagos): Orders are delivered within 24Hours.
• Express Delivery (Outside Lagos): Orders are delivered within 2-3 business days.

 

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

• Returns, refunds and exchanges are accepted if the product delivered does not match the product ordered/requested.
• Returns, refunds and exchanges are accepted within 24hrs of delivery to your door step.
• In order for a return, refund and exchange item to be accepted, all original packaging/product seals must be kept intact and the product must be un-opened.
• Kindly note that we will bear the return delivery charge and provide you with a full exchange or refund of all charges incurred.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

• Once an order has been submitted for purchase, cancellations are accepted during the final confirmation call.
• In a situation where online payment has been made, a shopping voucher will be provided with the full amount intact.
