DELIVERY TIMELINE – WITHIN LAGOS

Express Delivery (Lagos): Orders are delivered within 24Hours.
Express Delivery (Outside Lagos): Orders are delivered within 2-3 business days.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Returns, refunds and exchanges are accepted if the product delivered does not match the product ordered/requested.
Returns, refunds and exchanges are accepted within 24hrs of delivery to your door step.
In order for a return, refund and exchange item to be accepted, all original packaging/product seals must be kept intact and the product must be un-opened.
Kindly note that we will bear the return delivery charge and provide you with a full exchange or refund of all charges incurred.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Once an order has been submitted for purchase, cancellations are accepted during the final confirmation call.
In a situation where online payment has been made, a shopping voucher will be provided with the full amount intact.
